Here is a link to a great TED talk about the paleo diet and Multiple Sclerosis.  I agree with the doctor about the need for nutrient rich food, just be careful that it is cooked if you have a compromised digestion.  I am becoming a fan of the modern hunter gatherer diet!  More info to come soon!
